My interest in photography developed in childhood... moreMy interest in photography developed in childhood out of my love for the natural world and later from my work as a Marine Biologist.
In 1991, I moved to Canada which created an opportunity to view the natural world here with a beginner's mind.
My current work explores the unusual in natural formations and patterns. I do not manipulate the images in composition or later by computer and design and make my own frames.
The viewer is invited to pause and contemplate, reflecting on the mirror which nature offers us.
Cedar Lane Studio is located on beautiful Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada.
